gnome-sharp2 software package provides GNOME# 2.24 suite, CLI bindings for GNOME, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install gnome-sharp2

gnome-sharp2 is installed in your system.
